Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation in Patients with High-Risk Symptomatic Native Aortic Regurgitation (Align-R): A Prospective, Single-RM Stud Y

Abstract: The development of the lungs starts from the uterus, from childhood to adolescence, and reached its peak in early adults.This growth will gradually decrease due to the physiological aging of the lungs.In the process of life, the development of lung function may be affected by many hosts and environmental factors.Therefore, there is a series of pulmonary functional trajectories in the crowd.The trajectory lower than the average level is related to breathing, cardiovascular, metabolism and mental health and premature death.This summary introduces the progressive research of lung function trajectory and assists the application of these knowledge in clinical practice as an innovative method of early discovery of poor lung health, monitoring the progress of respiratory diseases, and promoting the health of the lungs.Specifically, we recommend that it is similar to the height of the pediatric height and weight chart that the children’s growth are used worldwide. The lung function charts can be used for children and adults to monitor the health of the lungs during the entire life process.To achieve this suggestion, we launched a free online lung function tracker tool.Finally, we discussed the challenges and opportunities to effectively implement the concept of trajectory at the population level, and outline the key research agenda that supports this implementation.

A Legal Mapping of 48 WHO MEMBER States’ Inclusion of Public Health Emergency of International Concent, Pandemic, and Health Emergerogy Within National EM Ericy Legislation in Responding to Health Emergencies

Abstract: WHO has determined seven times to determine the internationally concerned emergencies (PHEIC) as an internationally concerned public health incident (PHEIC). In addition, COVID-19 is also announced as a major epidemic.According to the "International Health Regulations" (IHR), and through the implementation of Jee (JEE), governments in various countries have urged governments to formulate appropriate legislation in order to respond to public health emergency situations.However, in terms of encouraging the government to take action, the popular statement is still speculating whether it has a greater impact more than the international public health incident, because it does not have the meaning of each term in practice and whether these two terms are meaningful at the national level.Legal meanings are systematically analyzed.We conducted a legal scope of the legal scope to evaluate the use of international public health incidents and the use of large epidemics among the national legislation of 28 member states of the World Health Organization.Data collection from national websites, Jee reviews, new crown pneumonia analysis and policy drawing tools, NATLEX, and "Outline of the National Legal Correspondent of the National Law of the New Guanye Pneumonia".We found that only 16% of countries mentioned PHEIC in national legislation, and 37.5% of countries mentioned the word popularity.This discovery depicts the weakening of the "International Health Regulations" and the "International Public Health Emergency Incident" mechanism.Incorporating such legal terms into legislation may enhance the interaction between WHO determines the emergencies of public health incidents or announced that it is popular and the interaction between reducing transnational communication and strengthening hygiene and safety adopted.In view of the negotiations on revising the "International Health Regulations" and the formulation of a major epidemic disease agreement, both involved the right to declare the statement of international public health incidents and the language of large population.The influence of the national and global hygiene.
